The race will start at 8:30 am at the Junior League Building on Scott Street, and will feature Downtown Little Rock landmarks, such as the River Market, Clinton Library, and Arkansas Arts Center. The race is also handicap and stroller accessible. In addition to the 10K/5K, this year’s event will include a Kids 1K event, “Downtown Dash, Jr.” Downtown Dash, Jr. will begin at 8:00 a.m.
The Junior League of Little Rock is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
WHAT IS THE EUREKA SPRINGS MULTISPORT FESTIVAL?
A three-day multisport festival consisting of a sprint-distance triathlon on Friday afternoon, Gran Fondos (road bike rides) on Saturday morning and running races on Sunday. Participants can enter individual events or take one of two “Eurekan” challenges.
WHAT IS “THE EUREKAN”?
The name not only is the moniker of the event, but also refers to participants who complete the ultimate challenge! Any participant who enters the “Full Eurekan” who can complete the triathlon, 100 mile ride and 10K run will be known as “The Eurekan”! There is also a Half Eurekan competition which is the triathlon, 62 mile bike ride and 5K run.
The triathlon is located on Holiday Island, just a few minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. The finish line for the biking and running events are the same place each day which is located in the heart of Eureka Springs on historic Main Street in front of the Eureka Springs City Courthouse.

- Saturday post bike ride celebration with adult beverages, food and snacks will be available to all registered athletes.
The St. Jude Fayetteville 10K will take place at Lake Fayetteville in Fayetteville, AR. The course will loop around the lake on a multi-use paved trail. The goal is to raise as much money as possible for St. Jude Hospital while providing a great race for NW Arkansas!
Location: Lake Fayetteville, 1450 E. Zion Rd, Fayetteville, AR Registration Fees: $30 (Through August 14) $35 (August 15-24) $40 (August 25-26) Race limited to the first 500 registrants. Only those registered by August 14 will be guaranteed a shirt.
The Creep N Crawl 10K / 5K celebrates the best of autumn with a healthy dose of physical fitness. Create a new family tradition while enjoying all the fall fun with friends. Grab your costume and join us as at Two Rivers Park.
The course runs on the paved trails at Two Rivers Park and the Arkansas River Trail, combining the safety of a smooth surface and the autumn beauty of Two Rivers Park. Please note:
Due to the location of the race and trails, some areas may be a bit dark. Flashlights, lanterns or head lamps may be utilized.
As part of the festivities, we will have a costume contest for race participants only. We encourage participants to get creative and dress in costume for the race. To take part in the costume contest, stop by the judging table at the finish line after you finish to be considered. The costume categories include:
Youth – Individual
Youth – Group
Adult – Individual
Costume Contest Rules:
You must be a registered participant and complete the race event in your costume to be eligible for prizes.
Groups and Pairs must come to the judging table together to be eligible.
If you are a group or a pair, you must pick a team captain and a team name. We will use this name and the team captain’s race number for judging.
You must have a race number visible to be eligible for the Costume Contest and please keep your race bib number on for winner announcements.
You must be present at the awards ceremony to win a prize.
Judges will be looking for originality, authenticity, overall theme and craftsmanship!

PLACE: First Security Stadium at Harding University in Searcy, AR.
ENTRY FEE: The registration fee is $25 without a shirt and $30 with a shirt prior to 10/26 and $5 more after and on race day. We will also have a discount for students who are currently enrolled in college or high school. You must show your school identification card at registration in order to receive the discounted rate of $15. Packet pick up will begin on Friday, November 9th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Harding Academy and prior to the race starting at 7:00 am. EVENTS: 10K and KidzDash. KidzDash is a race for all children under the age of 10. Runners will race in two divisions, 5 or younger and older than 5. No registration needed for Kidz Dash and each participant will receive a ribbon for participation. Kidz Dash will follow the 10k race.
PRIZES FOR RACE: Top three Overall, Master (40+), Grand Masters (50+), and Seniors (60+). Top three in Age Groups (Male/Female in all Divisions) 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80+. Top five in Age Groups 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59. All runners in the 0-9 division will also receive a finisher medal. We will also have a wheelchair division in which awards will be given to the top three finishers.
Proceeds benefit the STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) program at Harding Academy.

Kessler Mountain Regional Park / Old Smokehouse, Fayetteville, AR
The Kessler Trail Run is a community event organized by the Fayetteville Natural Heritage Association (FNHA) and partners to support land conservation efforts in and around Fayetteville, Arkansas. This self-timed 10K and 20K trail run will begin at 9 am at Kessler Mountain Regional Park, located at 2600 Judge Cummings Road in Fayetteville. The after-party will take place starting at 10:30 am at the Ozark Mountain Smokehouse, located at 1725 Smoke House Trail in Fayetteville. Upon finishing, runners will receive a limited-edition 2019 Kessler Trail Run pint glass and a ticket to enjoy food from local vendors and craft beer from area breweries. An after-party only option is also available for those that are interested in supporting FNHA’s conservation efforts without running the course. Freezin’ for a Reason is for runners and walkers of all abilities. We offer a 10K, 5K, and the Lap for life for families and their children to take one lap around the track to honor past and present patients of Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Children and strollers are welcome at all events.All participants registered by January 18, 2020 will receive a t-shirt. Event attendees can also enjoy free food and lots of free fun kids activities like bounce houses, face painting, games, and. more.
The Freezin’ for a Reason will take place February 1, 2020. The race will begin and end at the Conway High School West Campus, located at 2300 Prince Street in Conway, Arkansas. The 5k/10k will begin at 9 a.m.The Lap for Life will begin at approximately 10:45 a.m.
