Friday & Saturday, September 8-9, 2023 – Pine Bluff, AR

Tour de Bluff is an annual bicycle-themed event produced and managed by Novel T’s.  It is made possible through partnerships and sponsorship funding.  Pine Bluff is poised to be one of Arkansas’s most exciting city destinations; bicycling will be part of the experience!  Tour de Bluff is at the forefront of promoting bicycle environments and activities in the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County area, Tour de Bluff encourages everyone to experience what is happening now and what is to coming in the near future.

In the interest of public safety and directives from the CDC’s to help combat COVID-19, Tour de Bluff 2020 offered activities in person as well as “The Tour de Bluff Challenge”, “The Virtual Challenge”, and “The Scavenger Hunt.”  All of the activities were very successful, created an opportunity to engage a worldwide audience.Tour de Bluff 2023 virtual activities are listed below.


To participate in Tour de Bluff 2023 Onsite, register online at www.TourDeBluff.com. Click the “Event Day Registration” button and select your route. Check in and start will be in Pine Bluff Arkansas starting at 8:00 am September 9, 2023. Ride your selected route using safe riding practices. Early packet pickup will be Friday September 8, 2023.

The Tour de Bluff Challenge

To participate in the 2023 Tour de Bluff Challenge, register online at www.TourDeBluff.com. Click the “TDB Challenge Registration” and select your route. Use the Ride Spot app as your guide. Ride your selected route using safe riding practices any time between September 8, 2023 and October 9, 2023. Tour de Bluff Challenge signs will be in place along the Tour de Bluff 2022 routes for photo opportunities documenting your journey. You can post pictures of your adventure on your social media pages. Pictures posted on the Tour de Bluff facebook page are eligible for great prizes.

The Virtual Challenge

The Tour de Bluff Virtual Challenge will be tracked through Ride Spot app and open to those who cannot, or wish not to, travel to Pine Bluff and ride the actual route. The Tour de Bluff Virtual Challenge will offer various options that can be completed from your home, or any other starting point, based on distance. The Tour de Bluff Virtual Challenge is a goal-oriented ride you can complete anywhere. To participate in the 2023 Tour de Bluff Virtual Challenge, register online at www.TourDeBluff.com. Click the “Virtual Challenge Registration” button. Use the Ride Spot app to join and participate in your chosen Challenge.

The Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger Hunt participants can participate onsite or virtual. The Scavenger Hunt has a list of pictures that the participant must snap along the way. Once finished, upload your pictures for your chance to win a 2023 Tour de Bluff Jersey. To participate in the 2023 Tour de Bluff Scavenger Hunt, register online at www.TourDeBluff.com. Pictures posted on the Tour de Bluff facebook page are eligible for great prizes.

7:00 am – Registration and packet pick up. Registration begins at 7:00 am in Pine Bluff.  Rest stops and rider support will be available on event day.

8:00 am – Road Route Riders begin.

10:00 – Mayor’s Mile begins

Start your bicycle fitness journey by joining Pine Bluff Mayor Shirley Washington riding the Tour de Bluff Mayor’s Mile. The Tour de Bluff Mayor’s Mile is a 1 mile short, fun adventure. The Mayor’s Mile will be lined with excitement and gifts. It’s a great opportunity for those who have not been on a bike for years; never before; and families with small children.

10:00 – 1:00 – Kids Activities

12:00 – “BEST LOOKING BIKE” Contest

Tour de Bluff “Best Looking Bike” Contest is a fun activity open to all participants. There is a 15 and below category and a 16 and above category. Bikes are judged by the opinion of onsite Tour de Bluff officials. Participants can decorate their bikes or rely on the un-decorated beauty of the bike. Winners of both categories of the “Best Looking Bike” Contest will be announced at 12 pm on Saturday. Winners will receive a certificate and other great gifts and prizes.
