The inaugural Tour of the Hollows is the next great addition to the Northwest Arkansas cycling calendar. Organized by students at the University of Arkansas Cycling Club, in partnership with the Sam M. Walton College of Business, all proceeds will go directly toward supporting the club and toward lowering the barriers of entry for collegiate cyclists.
There will be a $1,000 prize purse, equal payout for men and women, a raffle for participants who register before March 1st, merchandise awards, food and drinks, an aid station, and some beautiful, remote gravel roads with challenging climbs, sweet descents, and amazing views!
The event will feature two route options, the Big Hollow (60 miles with ~5,300 ft. of climbing) and the Small Hollow (35 miles and ~3,300 ft. of climbing) which will take you up, down, and through the beautiful hollows (Ozarkian valleys) of Northwest Arkansas.
Only Big Hollow participants are eligible for the $1,000 prize purse, but Small Hollow participants are eligible for merchandise awards, and all participants are automatically entered into a raffle for FREE registration if you register before March 1st!
