Love Your Parks Cleanup: Boyle Park @ Boyle Park, Pavilion One
Oct 22 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Love Your Parks Cleanup: Boyle Park @ Boyle Park, Pavilion One | Little Rock | Arkansas | United States
Wander through a gently rolling lush oak forest. Hear the songs of birds in the canopy above. Watch water cascade over boulders. Pick up litter. Repeat.

Show your love for Little Rock Parks at our next Boyle Park cleanup on Saturday October 22, from 9-noon. The address is 2000 Boyle Park Road, and we will meet at Pavilion 1. Gloves, trash bags, and a limited number of grabbers will be available. We’ll also have snacks, water, and giveaways. Appropriate shoes, buckets, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended. This is a Great Arkansas Cleanup event in partnership with Keep Arkansas Beautiful.

Our Community Outreach Archivist will be joining us to share about the history of the structures in the park constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. Boyle Park is the third oldest Little Rock park, and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Vanarky in the Ozarks Fall Campout @ Byrd's Adventure Center
Nov 3 – Nov 6 all-day

This year the fourth annual Vanarky in the Ozarks Fall Campout will be in Ozark, Arkansas at Byrd’s Adventure Center. Here tucked along the Mulberry River in the Ozark National Forest, you’ll find a weekend complete with all of the adventure activities you can handle! Be ready to settle into 3 days of hiking, river rock skipping, dancing, off-road trails, learning, love, live music, craft beer and spirits, kickball (yeah you read that right), firepits, and food trucks. All ready to enjoy in a van down by the river…or a skoolie, tent, truck camper, or whatever your traveling heart desires.

Along with all of the activities, the campout will serve to connect van-lifers and weekend warriors with one another in order to provide resources through workshops and conversation to help with build-out concepts, van design, secret campsites, and all the things we’ve learned about adventuring in the Ozarks and beyond.

No van? COME ANYWAY! We welcome all types of campers from tents to skoolies and everything in between. Get your tickets here!
