Bentonville AR Gravel Camp with Crystal Anthony & Craig Wohlschlaeger
May 4 – May 7 all-day

Bentonville, AR May 4-7 2023 Come join Crystal Anthony and Craig Wohlschlaeger for a long weekend gravel camp with a special treat: Crystal’s own whole food cooking to fuel you! Mornings will entail 3-4 hour supported rides on the expansive network of beautiful gravel roads in and around Bentonville, AR.  Afternoons will focus on educational workshops covering topics such as fueling long rides and events, making equipment choices, navigating gravel event logistics, and more. Gain confidence on your gravel bike in a supportive small-group environment with personalized instruction.  Feel free to participate hands-on with meal prep, or if you prefer, just enjoy the finished products; either way you will come away with a packet of new recipes that taste great and also fuel your body well.

  • 3 nights of lodging in a luxurious Airbnb
  • 3 dinners, 2 lunches, and 3 breakfasts using Crystal’s own personal recipes

Limited number of spots available for local residents who do not need housing (please message me for pricing). *Note that if you do not have an active USA Cycling license, you may purchase one-day licenses for the weekend during the BikeReg registration process.  Fee will increase to $875 on February 26.

4:00-5:30 settle at AirBnB
6:00-7:00 dinner: chicken shawarma, raspberry cheesecake
7:30 intro to weekend schedule/ goals/ etc

May 5 Friday 
8:00-9:00 breakfast: matcha smoothies & eggs
9:30-1:30 morning session: supported gravel ride
2:00-3:00 late lunch: sourdough bread with sandwich options, cut veggies
4:00-5:30 afternoon session: bike setup (tires, storage, gearing, etc.)
6:30-7:30 dinner: enchilada stuffed sweet potatoes, sourdough brownies

8:00-9:00 breakfast: zingy strawberry oats & eggs
9:30-1:30 morning session: supported gravel ride
2:00 -3:00 late lunch: sesame noodle salad
4:00-5:30 afternoon session: nutrition before, during and after long races
6:30-7:30 dinner: mango cashew chicken with rice, coffee cake

Noon2Moon Bike Race 2023 @ Coler Mountain Bike Preserve
May 6 all-day

Noon2Moon is the only annual fundraiser race by Coler, for Coler! Registrations and donations support Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, which is operated by Peel Compton Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit). All funds raised go back to the trail development and accessible programming that make Coler a unique destination for visitors from Northwest Arkansas and beyond!
