Running for Readers

There are only a few races that I am willing to run year after year. The Mount Nebo Bench Trail 4 Miler is one of those races. Down and Up We Go – Mt. Nebo Trail Run

After finishing 10 miles in Conway with the Conway Running Club and Team Loco the night before, I knew my body was in for a treat at Mt. Mount Nebo Trails – Part 1

Earlier in the year we booked a few days in a cabin at Mount Nebo State Park near Dardanelle, AR hoping to escape the Holiday mayhem. Mount Nebo Bench Trail Run – Dec. 2011

At 6:33 this morning, after scraping the frost off the windshield, we pulled out of the driveway, headed for Dardanelle and Mt. Nebo State Park.
